What do you feel is the primary goal of marketing? Just to spread your name, or is there more to it?

The main purpose of marketing is to accomplish your goals. If your goal is to make money, then the purpose of marketing is to sell your product.

There are different ways to do this; some companies want to legitimize their product, some like their product to be seen as the only viable option.

Others want their product to be seen as a cheap alternative. Some advertising isn’t even done to sell products, but it’s done to garner name recognition. As I said, it all depends on goals.

What are some of your favorite marketing strategies?

Social Media marketing is probably my favorite. I really enjoy using all of the platforms and being able to engage with people. I found so many businesses utilizing social media wrong and even completely ignoring certain platforms.

That’s probably the easiest thing to fix when a business wants to grow. Influencer and affiliate marketing is another strategy that I almost always look at when building a marketing strategy.

If you want to start an internet marketing business in 2022, you should definitely focus more on social media marketing.

What do you mean by using Social Media wrong?

Some companies will get on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and just post their product of the week. They’ll say, hey, buy this. It’s on sale! Then they won’t get very many results, and they’ll wonder why.

That is what you call outdated marketing. Revamping your digital marketing game will turn the results around.

The idea of social media marketing isn’t just to sell things; it’s to gain followers that will buy something later. If someone’s not familiar with your brand, it’s not likely that an advertisement will convince them to follow you.

However, if you can post interesting and engaging content, you can gain those followers who will do business with you in return.

Do you think marketing is more important than the actual product or business quality?

I think they go hand in hand. I’ve worked with companies with fantastic products and services at very reasonable prices. However, they had no customers.

I checked out their marketing strategy, and lo and beheld, it was lacking very hard. On the other hand, if you invest all this money into marketing and your product is sub-par, you’re not going to get many repeat customers.

This means you’re going to need to invest even harder in marketing next time, which can cut into profits in the long run.

If you had to give businesses one piece of marketing advice, what would it be?

Look at the numbers. Data analytics in business is everything. Where are your customers coming from? What pages are they sitting on the longest on your website?

Figure out what works and what doesn’t. Throw intuition out of the window and change your strategy based only on numbers and facts. Sometimes the truth will subvert expectations, and you have to adapt.

Instead, the team recreated the interior of the building at a studio north of Madrid, where they could easily set up their equipment and control the environment for those gorgeous shots without disrupting anyone’s actual day-to-day activities.

The Show Was Originally A Flop

La Casa de Papel first premiered in Spain, and drew in a sizable audience during that first episode (an estimated 4.5 million viewers). When the series progressed, however, fewer and fewer people tuned in, and the producers were ready to write the show off as a failure. Once Netflix came along to purchase and rebrand the show (for a whole two dollars), however, it gained new life in the United States, even without the benefit of heavy advertisement.

The Writers Don’t Plan The Whole Story Out

If you’re thinking this is a well-plotted and well-structured narrative vision, then you might be surprised to learn it’s anything but. Instead of planning everything in advance, the writers of the show prefer to take periodic breaks in-between writing a few episodes at a time.
