Cellphones!

I mean, to be fair, it is still a fairly new advancement in tech if you take a look at the entire history of human advancement as a whole, all the way back before even thousands of years ago. In case you’ve been living under a rock, a cellphone is a hand-held mobile device that allows us not only to contact through voice and written messages (texts), but also link up to the internet and/or someone that is across the Pacific or Atlantic. With wireless coverage and network coverage, our ability to network and connect with others has never been greater.

Not only that, but your cell phone can be used for a multitude of singular, personal uses as well. If you so choose too, you can hold a diary within by using your notes or by browsing websites that allow you to write down a diary or journal. Obviously, if not the diary route, you can just hold basic or advanced notes to remember by the end of the day, or to bring up in your meetings. Also, if you find yourself getting bored, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of mobile video games from all types of genre. You can find horror, adventure, mystery, even AI written scripts that you can write your own responses and go through your own created adventure, if Dungeons & Dragons is your type of thing.

In contrast, if you find yourself spending too much unproductive time on your phone, there are even applications to help you DISCONNECT from your phone and go do something without it. Cillian Murphy, a very-well known famous actor these days, has an interview of how he purchased a pretty reasonable price for an app that turns off the “addicting” characteristics on your default phone. For example, this app will turn the background and title views black & white, and have a very minimalistic look. You can find a handful, if not more, of these types of apps with just a brief search. Oh, and another wonderful thing about using productive time on cell phones is the apps that can teach you whatever you want! Most folks, including myself, have applications installed that will teach you and remind you to study for another language.

Finally, in this day and age, there are tons of accessories that are included with your cell phone. A must-have is a phone case and screen protector because without these, just ONE single accidental slip and fall, can bust your entire screen or cause surface and internal damage. To avoid tickets while on a drive, pick yourself up a car mount and a car charger so you won’t have to fiddle around, drive high speeds on a highway, and risk your or anyone’s life, or financial account. Say, by mistake for a meeting, you forget a car charger, well, once you are in the park and ready to head inside, a portable battery charger would be your lifesaver. Last, but not least, if you’re a student or just looking to have some relaxation time to yourself in public, a pair of headphones would do just the trick to get you to immerse into whatever song or video you’re enjoying!
